Welcome to the Heron Ridge Homeowners Association

Heron Ridge Homeowners Association, Inc. is a mutual benefit, not-for-profit corporation that was formed to preserve the appearance, value and safety of our 55 and over community in Greenwood, Indiana. On this website, you will find the Homeowner’s Manual and rule book for the Board of Directors, the governing body of the Association. These documents are important to you as a homeowner in Heron Ridge, and will be updated as significant changes occur.

There are also directories, a calendar, and communication pages available to all residents. Non-residents are able to view unrestricted content. We invite you to utilize and contribute to this site.

Heron Ridge is a self-managed Homeowners Association. The Board of Directors is a group of non-paid volunteer owners who are elected to manage the day-to-day affairs of our community. We are proud of our community and strive to make it a great place to live!
